NWC South track meet at George Fox. It was a little cloudy, the kind of weather that I'll tolerate in March, but make me curse in May.

Willamette Opener . Felt sick on the way to the meet and had a headache. Weather was surprisingly nice. Probably the best of the year so far. Sustained minor cuts from spikes near right knee.
